Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market

Objections Chinese buyers raise against a supplier from Taiwan, and the answer to each one

Know how to answer every Chinese buyer objection and secure the next deal.

6 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h as a briefing and 5 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Taiwan sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team struggles when Chinese buyers question your Taiwan origin or regulatory alignment. Misunderstandings about quality standards or documentation lead to stalled negotiations. Valuable contracts are lost, and market entry is delayed, costing significant revenue.

What changes after this course

Your team will confidently address common Chinese buyer concerns about Taiwan sourcing and regulatory differences. They will know the precise answers to questions on quality, supply chain, and certifications. You will receive a full training record and certificates of completion for each participant.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

6 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen.
