Selling into United States: 128 courses on its rules, its buyers and its inspectors

Every jurisdiction a pharma company sells into has its own regulator, its own inspection habits and its own buyers, and the team that ships there needs to know all three. Pharma Lectures has 128 audio courses for companies selling into United States: how a product gets registered and stays registered, what the inspector opens first, how the buyer chooses a supplier and the objections they raise, plus the courses that apply wherever you sell. Each course is licensed per learner and per year, with a volume discount that grows with the number of licences, and every module comes in a briefing, a standard and an expanded length. Every course ships with a companion workbook, a full transcript, a source for every fact, a certificate per learner and the training record your auditor asks for. The price per year appears as you choose the number of learners, and a free sample module is available for every course.

The 128 courses, priced per learner, per year

Every price is per year, for the number of learners you type. Set it once; the site remembers it.

One licence = one learner for one year. The discount grows a little with every learner you add.

How a Pharma Lectures course works

A licence is one learner on one course for twelve months; the price falls as more people take the same course. Each module exists in three lengths: 10, 25 or 50 minutes, by role. Each module ends with a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, so the training record is complete for the auditor. The course is sent when your payment arrives; delivered within 72 hours of payment.

  • Audio in all three lengths, included in every purchase. A briefing for the board, the standard run for the desk, the long walk-through for the bench.
  • Made to be listened to. A narrator with character, a story in every module, examples from the buyer's side of the table.
  • Companion workbook. Exercises and checklists per module, ready to file.
  • Full transcript. Searchable, printable, quotable in your procedures.
  • Source for every fact. Each statement links to its guideline, regulation or paper.
  • Certificate per learner. Name, course, hours, guideline version, date.
  • Auditable training record. Per-person export for the quality file, the document inspectors ask for under EU GMP Chapter 2.

Questions about these courses

Is there a certificate?

Yes. Each of the 128 courses on this page ends in a certificate per learner, in the learner's own name, backed by a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire after every module. The certificate documents in-company training; it is not a professional qualification or an accreditation, and your quality or human-resources manager sets the pass mark and decides when a module is retaken.

How long does a course take?

Every module exists in three lengths: 10 minutes for the briefing, 25 for the standard run and 50 for the expanded walk-through, and the courses on this page run from 5 to 15 modules. The shortest route through this page is 50 min; the longest is 12 h 30 min. Every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

Who should take these courses?

Anyone in a pharma, API, CDMO, distribution or trading company whose role touches United States. Owners and managers hear the briefing length, regulatory, quality and business-development staff take the standard run, and the people who run the procedure day to day take the expanded version. One licence is one named person on one course for a year, so a whole team can take the same title.

Is this training accepted as a GMP training record by an auditor?

EU GMP Chapter 2 and 21 CFR 211.25 require documented, effective training, and that is what every course here produces: a recorded multiple-choice result per module and per person, a certificate per learner and a transcript of what was taught. No provider can promise acceptance by a specific inspector; the record is built to answer what inspectors ask for, and your quality manager decides the pass mark.

How are the courses delivered and how fast?

Each course arrives as audio files with a companion workbook, a full transcript and the questionnaire per module, within 72 hours of your payment arriving. You host the files on your own system or share them as you like; there is no platform to log into and no learner management system to set up. A free sample module of any course arrives on request, before any purchase.

What does a course cost per learner?

The list price is 9 euros per module, per learner, per year: a 5-module course is 45 euros and a 15-module course is 135 euros for one person for twelve months. The price per learner falls as more people take the same course: 10 learners pay 10 percent less and the discount keeps growing to 50 percent at 1000 learners.
