Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market
Selling to Latin American buyers when you are from India: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals
Your sales team needs to close these Latin American deals, not just open conversations.
The moment it goes wrong
A promising lead in Brazil goes silent after the third email, costing weeks of follow-up and lost revenue. Your team might be misinterpreting subtle cues or making cultural missteps without realizing it. Each failed negotiation means another competitor secures the contract, impacting your quarterly targets.
What changes after this course
Your sales team will learn to build trust and navigate complex Latin American business customs effectively. They will confidently structure proposals that resonate and identify key decision-makers. You will receive a full training record and individual certificates of completion for each participant.
How long it takes, by who is listening
Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.
| Who takes this course | Length | Total time |
|---|---|---|
| Business development and export sales | Briefing | 1 h 20 min |
| Owner, CEO and board | Briefing | 1 h 20 min |
| Marketing and communications | Briefing | 1 h 20 min |
What is in the course, module by module
8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
