Selling to Japanese and Korean buyers when you are from Taiwan: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Avoid losing critical deals with Japanese and Korean pharmaceutical partners.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Taiwan sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team often misreads vital cues, leading to stalled negotiations and lost contracts. A single cultural misunderstanding can cost significant potential revenue and damage long-term business relationships. Deals sometimes collapse at the final stage due to unaddressed cultural missteps.

What changes after this course

After this course, your team will understand specific cultural nuances for successful sales in Japan and Korea. They will confidently conduct meetings, present proposals, and follow up effectively. You will receive a full training record and completion certificates for each participant.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
