Selling to Japanese and Korean buyers when you are from China: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

You will secure more Japanese and Korean deals by understanding cultural nuances.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for China sales.

The moment it goes wrong

A critical negotiation with a Japanese pharmaceutical company stalls without explanation. Your sales team misinterprets silence as agreement, leading to a crucial term being overlooked. This mistake costs your company a multi-million dollar contract and wastes months of effort.

What changes after this course

Your sales professionals will confidently engage with Japanese and Korean buyers, understanding their unique communication styles. They will build trust faster and close deals more efficiently. You will receive a training record and individual certificates of completion for your team.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor.
