Selling to Indian buyers when you are from Taiwan: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Your Taiwan sales team can confidently close deals with Indian pharmaceutical companies.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Taiwan sales.

The moment it goes wrong

A promising sales lead with an Indian pharmaceutical company suddenly goes cold after a few meetings. Your team might miss critical non-verbal cues or misinterpret communication styles, leading to stalled negotiations. This can result in lost revenue and wasted resources spent on developing the lead.

What changes after this course

Your sales team will understand Indian business etiquette and communication nuances for successful engagements. They will develop strategies to build trust and navigate decision-making processes effectively. You will receive a comprehensive training record and individual completion certificates for all participants.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
