Selling to Indian buyers when you are from Korea: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Ensure your Korean team closes more Indian pharma deals, avoiding costly cultural errors.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Korea sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your Korean sales team might misinterpret silence or indirect answers during negotiations in India. This can lead to stalled discussions and a failure to secure crucial supply contracts. Such misunderstandings cost not only the immediate deal but also future market access and reputation.

What changes after this course

Your sales professionals will confidently engage Indian buyers, understanding their communication styles and decision processes. They will know how to build trust and avoid common pitfalls. You will receive a training record for each participant, confirming their enhanced cultural competency.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
