Selling to Indian buyers when you are from Japan: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Stop losing crucial Indian pharma deals due to avoidable cultural misunderstandings.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Japan sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team struggles with silent meetings or unclear commitments from Indian buyers. This leads to missed sales forecasts and wasted travel budgets when deals stall or disappear without explanation. The cost is often a lost market opportunity and reduced quarterly revenue.

What changes after this course

After this course, your team will confidently engage Indian buyers and understand their decision processes. They will know what to say and how to act. You will receive a full training record and certificates for all participating sales professionals.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.
