Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market

Selling to Indian buyers when you are from Europe: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Avoid the cultural missteps that cost your team high-value Indian pharma contracts.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Europe sales.

The moment it goes wrong

A promising sales call with an Indian pharmaceutical executive suddenly goes silent. Your team struggles to understand why their proposals are ignored or face unexpected delays. This leads to missed sales targets and wasted resources, impacting your quarterly results.

What changes after this course

Your sales team will understand Indian business etiquette and communication styles. They will confidently conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and build lasting relationships. You will receive a training record documenting their completion of this essential sales development program.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
