Selling to Chinese buyers when you are from Egypt, Gulf and MENA: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Your next Chinese deal depends on understanding their culture, or it will fail.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Egypt, Gulf and MENA sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your team spends months on a deal, only for negotiations to stall in Beijing. Misinterpreting a polite refusal as agreement costs you months of follow-up and wasted travel budgets. This direct cultural clash means you lose the contract to a competitor who understood the unspoken rules.

What changes after this course

After this course, your team will confidently navigate Chinese business interactions. They will understand key decision pathways and avoid common cultural pitfalls in negotiations. You will receive a full training record and individual completion certificates for all participating sales staff.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
