Selling to Americans when you are from Korea: culture, meetings, decision makers and the mistakes that lose deals

Your Korean sales team can close more deals with American pharma clients.

8 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h 20 min as a briefing and 6 h 40 min expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Korea sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your team works hard but American deals stall or disappear. Misunderstandings in initial meetings waste weeks of effort. Not understanding direct communication styles can lead to proposals that miss key client needs, costing your company potential revenue and market share.

What changes after this course

After this course, your sales team will confidently approach American clients. They will understand communication nuances and tailor proposals effectively. You will receive a training record and certificates for each completed team member, documenting their enhanced cultural selling skills.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

8 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
