Selling into Europe as a CRO and analytical laboratory from the United States

Your European expansion stalls when your team cannot close the crucial first deal.

12 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 2 h as a briefing and 10 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for United States, CRO and analytical laboratory.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team just lost a critical European contract because they misunderstood EU data privacy rules. The client walked away, taking potential millions in future business. This mistake means your annual revenue targets are now at risk, impacting team morale and investor confidence.

What changes after this course

Your team will confidently discuss European regulatory compliance and client expectations. They will know key differences in contracting and quality agreements. You will have a verifiable training record for each team member, demonstrating their readiness for the European market.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

12 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
