Objections Middle Eastern buyers raise against a supplier from Korea, and the answer to each one

Your next Middle Eastern pharma deal depends on answering buyer objections.

6 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h as a briefing and 5 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Korea sales.

The moment it goes wrong

A key buyer goes silent after your last proposal for a new product. You lose the tender because unspoken concerns about your Korean supplier status were not addressed. This costs your company months of effort and a multi-million dollar contract opportunity.

What changes after this course

Your sales team will confidently address common Middle Eastern buyer objections. They will know how to proactively counter concerns about Korean pharmaceutical suppliers. You will receive a full training record and certificates of completion for all participants.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

6 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
