Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market

Objections Latin American buyers raise against a supplier from Taiwan, and the answer to each one

Stop losing Latin American deals due to avoidable buyer objections.

6 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h as a briefing and 5 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Taiwan sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team hears 'no' from Bogotá or São Paulo, but cannot explain why the deal stalled. Weeks of negotiation effort are wasted, leading to lost revenue and market share. Competitors gain ground while your product remains in inventory, impacting quarterly targets.

What changes after this course

Your team will confidently address specific concerns from Latin American pharmaceutical buyers. They will know how to present solutions for regulatory differences, logistical challenges, and cultural expectations. You will receive a training record and certificates of completion for all participants.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

6 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
