Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market

Objections Indian buyers raise against a supplier from the United States, and the answer to each one

Prevent your next India sales opportunity from stalling due to unaddressed concerns.

6 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h as a briefing and 5 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for United States sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team presents a strong offer, then faces unexpected silence or vague pushback from Indian prospects. Weeks pass without clear reasons for delay, jeopardizing your quarterly targets. This uncertainty costs your company valuable time and lost revenue in a key growth market.

What changes after this course

Your team will confidently recognize and respond to common Indian buyer objections, accelerating deal progression. They will learn specific communication strategies and compliance points to build trust. You will receive a complete training report and individual certificates of completion for your records.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

6 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
