Courses › Sales skills, selling across cultures, and the objections per market

Objections Indian buyers raise against a supplier from Egypt, Gulf and MENA, and the answer to each one

Your next Indian deal depends on understanding buyer concerns.

6 audio modules in three lengths: the whole course takes 1 h as a briefing and 5 h expanded. Workbook, transcript and sources per module, a recorded multiple-choice questionnaire, a certificate per learner. Written for Egypt, Gulf and MENA sales.

The moment it goes wrong

Your sales team faces repeated silence after initial calls with Indian buyers. Important tenders are lost because common objections are not addressed effectively. This costs your company significant revenue and market share in a critical growth region.

What changes after this course

After this course, your team will confidently anticipate and answer common objections from Indian buyers. They will be equipped to navigate complex negotiations and secure new contracts. You will receive a full training record and individual completion certificates for each participant.

How long it takes, by who is listening

Nobody spends a day in a classroom. Every module exists in three lengths; a person takes the length their role needs, and every length ends with the same recorded questionnaire, so the training record is complete either way.

What is in the course, module by module

6 modules. Under each title are the three things the listener can do afterwards; the audio itself runs 10 to 50 minutes depending on the length chosen. Each module ends with a multiple-choice questionnaire whose result is recorded per person for your auditor. Your human-resources or quality manager decides what counts as passed and when a level is retaken.
