Who makes Pharma Lectures

Two people who have sat on both sides of a GDP inspection.

A wholesaler owner who buys training as a cost that has to survive an audit, and the pharmacist who built the distribution centre that gets audited.

Why it matters for your training

The PHOENIX group describes itself as the European leader in pharmaceutical wholesale, pharmacy retail and services for the pharmaceutical industry, with 204 wholesale and pre-wholesale sites in 29 countries, over 48,000 employees and a total operating performance of 66.9 billion euros in fiscal year 2025/26.1 Tamro Lithuania and its sister companies in Estonia and Latvia form the Tamro Baltics Group, which PHOENIX describes as the largest pharmaceutical wholesaler in the Baltic States.2

From the buyer's side of the table: a wholesaler owner knows that a course is only worth paying for if the certificate and the training record hold up when the inspector asks for them. From the warehouse floor: the person who built a GDP distribution centre for a group that size knows which procedure the auditor opens first, and writes the module around it.
